At Tim Daniels Law Services, we help injured workers with their Worker’s Compensation claims and prospective adoptive parents with their adoptions through the Utah Adoption Law Center. We handle stepchild / stepparent adoptions, foster child adoptions, and private adoptions, including Interstate adoptions. Mr. Daniels has practiced law since 2004, spending 6 years as an active duty JAG Attorney for the U.S. Air Force and about 10 years as a solo practitioner in Southern Utah. For work-place injuries and adoptions, we offer free legal consultations over the phone. We also handle car accidents, evictions, probate, and guardianships.
