Since 1990, I have chosen to devote my practice to the representation of persons injured or killed due to the negligence of others. My firm handles a variety of personal injury cases including: motor vehicle accidents; premises liability claims; wrongful death claims; non-subscriber claims (work related injuries when there is no Worker=s Compensation coverage); dram shop claims (alcohol related accidents); and other injury cases. My staff and I are actively involved in the handling of our client=s claims from the day our services are retained to the day the case is settled or otherwise resolved. We handle cases throughout Texas including Austin, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Lewisville, Plano, and other cities.
