Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar by the Supreme Court of Kentucky in 1997. He is a former Fayette Circuit Court Judge. Mr. Reynolds practices before the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and all Kentucky state courts. Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Upon graduating he served as General Counsel for a leading Thoroughbred stud farm in Fayette County. After several years of employment in the Thoroughbred industry, Mr. Reynolds opened his Office in 1999 in Nicholasville.
