Clients will be meeting with David, not a case manager, paralegal, associate or some other glorified assistant. David handles every case personally for his clients. He has worked in the “large firms” and has chosen to take a different route when he opened his boutique firm 15 years ago for 1-1 handling of his clients claims. As a 2nd generation attorney in SWFL he has spent his entire career representing the people of his home town of Fort Myers, Florida and its surrounding areas. Most cases are handled on a contingency basis, meaning you don't pay us unless we are successful in garnering a Judgment or Settlement on your behalf.
