Mr. Anderson is an experienced litigator who has handled cases at all stages — from the pre-suit investigation phase up through litigation and trial. He practiced initially with a statewide Plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Orlando, Florida and has amassed over 17 years of experience handling a diverse multitude of matters including: toxic torts, products liability, catastrophic personal injury, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, premises liability, negligent security, and medical malpractice. He also advises clients on legal issues related to healthcare regulations, property development, and commercial mortgage-backed securities.
